Still waiting for reply on recent posts .......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another problem I am having - when I try and sort opps by Surname in the Opps List - it keeps on defaulting to the Contact Name and it sorts by first name - can someone please help me out as it is impossible to sort by first name when we have multiple clients with the same first name.
HELP PLEASE on all postings

Hi, I believe that this is just a matter to add "Contact Surname" to your columm layout and click on it to sort. I have tested in my database and worked out. I hope this helps.
