HI,
I just downloaded the Beta Version to correct the group/companies problem, but now the Durkin Active Toolbar does not allow me access the fields in any of the templates.
I really need to set up some new templates and cannot view any of the fields in ACt.
Urgent reply please.

Can you explain " does not allow me access the fields in any of the templates."?
Does it throw any errors or you can not access the menu or you can not access the drop down list or you can not access the tables list?

No drop down list and it throws an error............

Does the erro say something about ACT 11.0.0.367 files not found? Are you running ACT 10? If yes on both please download these two file and replace your existing ones in the "C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\Plugins\" folder http://www.durkinaddons.com/ACTAddonsDownloads/Durkin.Common.Classes.V3.dll http://www.durkinaddons.com/ACTAddonsDownloads/Durkin.Word.Addin.v3.dllOur installer did not sense ACT 10 and delivered the wrong dlls. This willl be fixed on the next release. thanks -- jim durkin

HI JIm
I need more info on exactly how and what to download. The links take me to a window to download dll files and I am not sure exactly how to perform this and dont want to create extra problems.
Can you please advise.

would this problem also impact on me not being able to remove contacts from groups as I am having a problem with this now as well.

Still had no answer to my question regarding help with downloading the files to krectify the problem with the durkin active toolbar problem.
I still cant insert fields into templates - I do not know which files to download as it go ives me access to a website and I have to select a program. Could you please give me a step by step guide as to wht I need to do.

Please folllow these steps, 1) Close ACT! 2) Download the two files using the links abouve 3) Copy those files into ""C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\Plugins\" 3) Restart ACT

HI JIm
I still get access tothe two download sites to rectify the problem with the active toolbar and not being able to edit fields inthe templates.
Is there another fix out for this - please ASAP as I have had thsi problem for weeks now.
