Can Secondary Contact information be shown? If so, I could use some help/tips on how to do it.

Yes secondary contact information can be shown. A 'Secondary Contact Information' report was added to the downloadable reports for the report writer. To download them open the report writer and click the Download from Web button in the ribbon, choose the Secondary Contact Information report and click install.
