Completely new to this add-on - we are trying to use this to send e-mail reminders for upcoming appointments in our practice. Have managed to do it by right clicking on activity in calendar view but only one contact at a time - cannot seem to figure out how to select multiples. Not with Ctrl or Shift, not in lookup tag mode - I am sure it is simple but cannot find in documentation.

The calendar module does not support multi-select. If you would like to send email to multiple contacts attached to multiple activities then you should look at our Task List Module. It will allow you to select any number of activities, then right-click to send multiple emails.
