Firstly absolutely love the ADDON (Impact) for Act. Sage should definitely use and/or recommend your setup as it is so user friendly and offers so much more flexibility.

What I would suggest as an additional feature, would be in the TASK LIST, when you right click and select Change Values,
I would add on the ability to change the Assigned USER.

For instance, I want to change the user and the schedule date for a few TASKS. I have to do this task twice. Firstly reassign the user, then the date. If we could do this in one hit in the Change Value Option, it would be so incredible.

Hope it is added in the next update.

You can select multiple activities and re-assign the user. Follow these steps:
1) Select multiple rows/activities from the list
2) Click on the down arrow to the right of EDIT on the top toolbar
3) Select REASSIGN from the dropdown menu.
4) Select the user you want to reassign the selected tasks to and click OK

Hope this helps

Thanks for that.

I am aware of being able to select multiple tasks to reassign a user, however if I wanted to REASSIGN, and reschedule dates for for the one user, you can't do this simultaneously.

For instance let's say, I had 20 tasks scheduled for Staff A and I want to reassign these tasks to STAFF B and also reschdule the tasks to another date for STAFF B, this is not possible in one action. I would have to firstly re-assign the tasks to STAFF B, then I would have to find those tasks in STAFF B and reschedule the date.

What I am saying, is that it would be wonderful if you could reassign and reschedule multiple tasks simultaneously for that one REASSIGNMENT.
