I am trying to understand if I can sync my task in outlook with Task List in ACT. The impact suite lets me believe that I can but it is not working. Any help is appreciated

ACT has a feature that will sync the ACT calendar to the Outlook calendar. If you go to Tools > Synchronize with Outlook > Outlook Synchronization Preferences you can turn it on.
