Can anyone tell me if they have sorted out this issue with calculating and displaying the sub-total field in the templates yet.

Thanks I gather from conversations with Debi this problem is now resolved by starting with a default template.

Thanks I gather from conversations with Debi this problem is now resolved by starting with a default template. Actually this has not resolved - still not subtotal on any of the template (with both users) this seems to be a general problem. So all subtotals and any tax has to be entered manually. Any way of an update on this

HAve posted a reply regarding the sub total and tax fields not populating - any news on this as this was never resolved. This applies to all and any templates used withall users

Sorry, OLP does not support tax calculation at this time for a couple of reasons:
1) In ACT! there is no field to hold the tax information in the Opportuity Table. 2) Tax calculations are regionalized and would require a very large effort on are part to track all variations. 3) Tax rates change every year and we do not have a maintenance program to update these changes.
We did place a tax rate line of the invoice template for the user to enter the tax rate manually.
